Absolutely! If you have already found a suitable helper, we can facilitate the Direct Hire process. We will handle all the complex paperwork, including the submission of contracts to the Consulate, visa processing with the Immigration Department, and mandatory insurance, ensuring full compliance with Hong Kong government regulations.

The total timeframe for oversea helpers typically ranges from 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the candidate’s country of origin and document processing times. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the quickest possible turnaround, keeping you posted every step of the way.
Our screening is rigorous and multi-layered. It includes previous work experience reviews, in-depth interviews assessing skills and attitude, comprehensive medical examinations, and practical skills assessments. We also evaluate language proficiency (English, Cantonese, or Mandarin) to ensure clear communication with your household.
Your peace of mind is our priority. We offer a guarantee period of 3 months on all our placements. If the helper resigns or is terminated for performance reasons during this period, we will provide a new replacement at 30% discount. We will immediately begin the process of finding you a new, suitable candidate.
