3. Why We Collect It

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, match employers with suitable helpers, prepare and process employment contracts and immigration applications, meet our obligations under the Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57) and the Employment Agency Regulations, and to maintain the records a licensed agency is required to keep.

4. Whether Supply Is Obligatory

5. Who We May Transfer Data To

Personal data may be transferred, where necessary for the purposes above, to the Hong Kong Immigration Department, the Labour Department, overseas recruitment partners and their regulators, consulates, insurers, and medical examination providers. We do not sell personal data, and we do not transfer it for any purpose unrelated to your placement or enquiry.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, or for as long as we are required to retain it under Hong Kong law and our licensing obligations. Data that is no longer required is securely destroyed.

8. Security

We take practicable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, processing, loss, or erasure. Access to identity documents and other sensitive records is restricted to staff who need it to carry out their duties.
