1Contract Details

Employment Start Date *?Date this helper was first employed — this may predate the current contract. Each 2-year contract is treated separately; earlier contracts are assumed fully settled at renewal.

Last Working Day *?The actual last working day. Must fall within the current 2-year contract period.

Termination Type *

Termination Reason?If the employer no longer needs a helper (redundancy), Severance Payment may apply. Long Service Payment applies if the helper has ≥5 years service for any other reason (LSP always takes priority over SP).

2Salary Details

Monthly Wage (HK$) *?The contractual monthly wage as per the FDH contract. Current MAW: HK$5,100/month (contracts signed on/after 30 Sep 2025). Previous MAW: HK$4,990.

Food Allowance (HK$)?Cash food allowance if not provided in-kind. Included in daily rate for Due Salary and Notice Pay only. Statutory minimum: HK$1,236/month.

Date wages last paid *?The date wages were last paid to the helper. Due salary is calculated from the day after this date up to and including the last day of employment.

3Leave Balances

Annual Leave Taken (days)?Days of annual leave already taken during the current contract only. Leave from previous contracts is assumed already settled.

Days taken since current contract start

Statutory Holidays Not Taken?Statutory holidays that occurred during the current contract but were not taken. Untaken statutory holidays must be compensated at the daily rate upon termination.

4Return Passage

Return Passage?The employer is required to arrange the helper's return to their home country. This can be done by purchasing a ticket directly or paying the cash equivalent.
